GFXHaus offers downloadable digital products including design bundles, t-shirt graphics, mockups, templates, and commercial-use graphic assets.

All products are governed by either a Commercial License or an Extended Commercial License as outlined in our licensing documents. By purchasing a product from GFXHaus, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the corresponding license agreement.

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or resell any digital files without proper license rights

  • Claim any GFXHaus designs as your own original work

  • Upload unmodified designs to any marketplace as standalone products

You may:

  • Use designs on physical merchandise and in commercial campaigns

  • Sell products created using our graphics under the terms of your selected license

3. Payments & Billing

All transactions are securely processed via Shopify. By purchasing from GFXHaus, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

All prices listed are in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change pricing or modify offerings at any time.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, GFXHaus maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once a product has been delivered, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

All digital content sold by GFXHaus is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, or distribution of any part of our products is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

GFXHaus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or misuse of our products. Products are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
